257 Weatherby Series 2 Trigger info

<< < (2/2)

I had the same problem with Timney when I wanted to replace my Weatherby Vanguard SUB-MOA trigger. My gunsmith said it would take awhile and they were way back ordered. He recommended I try a Rifle Basix trigger that he had on hand, and since then I have never looked back. Trigger is crisp with no slack and breaks the same every-time. Timney are great triggers, don't get me wrong, but the amount of time to get them is crazy. You may try this as a option, and the price of the trigger was very affordable.

Like thorntwins said, the S1 and S2 trigger mounting screws have a different head.  When I went through this last year I called Weatherby and explained the situation; and they sold me an S1 trigger mounting screw.  Problem solved.
